Pathology Report Virginia Exhibits #93-106

Authors Introduction

The numerous request to setaside medical work are facilitated throughout the State of Virginia by demands for bondage, peonage, and slavery by various federally funded facilities such as Salvation Army and Rescue Missions. We also saw concerted 3rd party tampering by Pennsylvania and a Judicial Misconduct Complaint filed against the State of North Carolina for tampering with the 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals.

Exhibit #93 Disabled Persons
Don't Merit-Extensions

A Social Service Red Shield Lodge in Roanoke VA declined to grant me an extension after I was declared disabled by State of Virginia. Lodge employees who are mostly convicted felons and other losers state they do not grant extension for disabled persons however grant 90 day extensions for those finding work. The Salvation Army here has gone out of it's way to block my stay in town because the Welfare Department has granted me welfare based on disability statments from Washington State:

Long Hitchike

I have to hitchike up US 81 to Chambersburg, PA where the Salvation Army provides lodging in a very expensive hotel and I travel on over to Gettysburg, PA the next day.

Department of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has requested disability statements and other things and admits that I cannot provide the items they requested because the resources or shelter to provide the materials they need do not exist: Treatment: Request disabilitiy finding from PA Comments: Mr. Grove stated I could go on ahead and see the doctor if I wanted too however his decision on disability would occur long after my time expired in the local shelter.

Exhibit #96 Question of 3rd Party Tampering
By North Carolina State

Complaints filed with FBI Were eventually turned over too US Congressman Lamar Smith, & Bob Goodlatte and his interest in privacy and internet security issues. I had to file a Judicial Misconduct Complaint concerning tampering with the 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals concerning attempts by North Carolina to set aside previous USDC rulings and private citizens attempting to vend, dispense and pratice federal criminal law. Because the State also declined to provide the resources for various items they requested I have moved to strike as a fraud, hoax, and sham:

Exhibit #106 Commendation for
Outstanding Achievement
Salvation Army-Lynchburg, VA

The Salvation Army Director of Social Services Worker Yale Greer made a referral to Harrisonburg, VA on Janurary 24,2002 after making a phone call based on need for case management and longer term shelter. Arranged bus transportation to Harrisonburg, VA through local outreach shelter. Few if any shelter operators are professional enough to make referrals for their clients to other cities instead of simply dumping the problem elsewhere:
