I am working as an occassional consultant to the Eastside Industrial Council in
Portland concerning problems with drug dealing at Salvation Army facility in Portland.Central Eastside Industrial Council
Portland Group Defends property values from criminal element in control of Salvation Army property
I am also working full time and at shelter on NE Locust Street operated by Pastor
Kelland Lowry and Salem Chrisitan Center. I am receiving mail and am a registered voter at this location.
Kelland Lowry explained on 2 occassions that Lt. Col Morelock called Salem Housing
Authority Janet Hernandez and asked where "where Chris Walters is sleeping". When they
finally found I was sleeping in a bus on church property they asked the
Christian Center to run me off. Title 18 USC Sec. 1513.
Retaliating against a witness, victim, or an informant
On the second occassion the Church states they received threats and had to ask me
to leave their shelter.

Salvation Army Medford, OR: states I cannot stay here anymore because they apparently believe I was involved in closure of drug dealing in Portland.
Sorry guys but that was the DEA. The Salvation Army operations are funded through FEMA which pays for shelter and food for needy person. Employee James Frisson states I am being denied services
for allegedly publishing information about the Mafia and ties to HUD programs. The USDA poster on Salvation Army
property plainly states you cannot deny a client access to services based on race, religion, politics.......

Employment in Oregon/Washington
Eloise Booker assistant to US Senator Mark O Hatfield in Salem, Oregon prepared my resume
and permitted to use her as reference in looking for work. Staff of US Senator Bob Packwood stated I
could also use them as a reference. James Gonzales Staff for US Senator Brock
Adams said I could use as a reference to look for work.
I applied for work in Salem with Manpower and Kelly Services received a job offer
and both Rescue Mission and Salvation Army stated I could no longer stay at their
shelter. I applied for work and received a favorable offer from a temp agency in Seattle and
the Salvation Army explained I could not stay in their shelter. I received a letter from Lt.
Col Morelock Divisional Commander of Salvation Army in Oregon asking me to visit his office.
Lt. Col Mevin Morelock explained he was responsible for blocking my access to shelters
and work and wanted to apoligise. Lt. Col Morelock asked what he could do.
I thanked him and asked for a bus ticket to Tucson, Az which his staff prepared and I
left to Arizona.

Mr Ryan (?) Manager of Salvation Army Lodge in Salem, Oregon has several clients who are complaining:
Steve Lawrence a veteran with a heart condition is on the "program" and is being asked to manually dig fence hole
post. "Art The Pearman" a homeless client living under the bridge is missing medical messages.
He has a leg which was broken and has not been set and gets access to medical help through a local church.
Lloyd Williams a Salvation Army employee has reported the Black Cook named "Ricky" to State Game
Department for keeping some antlers which came off a deer donated to shelter by Highway Department.
Lloyd states he does not like "blacks"...

that I am barred until the 3rd or 4th generation from receiving services at this
federally funded Salvation Army Lodge in Salem, OR as "punishment for your political
activities". The particulars have never been explained.
