| Terms: Payments accepted by check and Visa/Mastercard and PayPal for your convenience. Returned checks will incur a $25 handling fee. Sorry for having to impose this, but there are Scouts whose honor is not so bright! |
Credit Card: Credit card charges will appear on your statement as MNK Entr-QtrMst Store. Make sure you note this, if you dispute the charge you will be expected to repay the chargeback fees we incur regardless of the reason or excuse. We will not accept orders shipped to addresses other than the credit card billing address. This is due to all the fraud that happens to lost/stolen cards.

| Availability: Most items ship in 3-5 business days except during the busy Wood Badge season Mid-Sep Mid-Nov and Mar-Apr. If you have a special requirement please let us know and we will try to accomodate you. Engraved items may take up to 10 days. |
| Shipping: We primarily use the US Postal Service for delivery both inside and outside the United States. We offer both First Class and Priority Mail. Note that the shipping time that appears on your order is just that the amount of time the postal service quotes for delivery, not when you will receive your order as we need time to process your order as well. Most typical orders by First Class are $3.00 and Priority Mail is $4.95 up to about $6.15. Shipping costs are calculated at the time the order is placed based on the weight of the items selected. You have the opportunity then to select either First Class or Priority Mail. |
| Insurance: All shipments are FOB (freight on board) Colleyville Texas, meaning that the product is your responsibility as soon as we hand it to the shipper. We are NOT responsible for lost packages. We recommend that you add insurance to your order incase the postal service looses all or part your order. We have under the Special Services category an item that will allow you to add insurance in increments to cover your order. If the increments are not large enough (we just hope that's a problem!) just add multiple of the insurance items to add to the amount you wish. |
| International: For international shipping most shipments cost approximately $20 US to ship overseas. We have under the Special Services category an item that will allow you to add additional postage in $5.00 increments. |
