FORGOTTEN LEGENDS - Episode II - Duvik's Mine
Mayor Sanders took the coin, and was quite shocked to see the inscription. On one side was a spiral pattern, starting in the middle and spinning outward. On the other was what appeared to be two parallelograms stacked on top of each other, one smaller than the other. He subtlely began to slip the coin into his back pocket, before realizing that Shenya was glaring at him. Oh, can I keep this? It looks very important, and I would like to do a little bit of research on it. Shenya reluctantly agreed.

The concerned mayor continued. Did you find any papers, or any other coins. AT this point, Shenya realized there was nothing to hide, and admitted that she, as well as the others, had not found anything. Then this is bad news indeed. As usual, Shenya was nowhere to be found, out trying to gather as much information as she could about nearly anything that anyone would talk about. Although she avoided Duh and his philosophical rantings.

Killian spent considerable time in the temple of St. Cuthbert, continuing in his daily rituals of fasting and prayer. He asked about the whereabouts of the staff of his mentor that he had dropped off at the temple before setting out to look for Shenya 2 months prior. Oh, we sent that off to another abbey. I hope you dont mind. And of course, we appreciate that you had recovered it. Killian realized that the staff was of more use in the church than it would have been strapped to his back. He was actually glad to be free of both the staff and the sword that still carried the taint of Castig with it. And besides, that massive mace was enough to scramble anyones brains.

Two days later, a knock on the door to the room at the inn where they were staying
