I have been living in Bedfordshire with Ellen, since March 2001. Initially, we spent eight months living with Ellen's parents until we could find (afford?) a home of our own in October 2001. We found ourselves a nice semi-detached three bedroomed house in Townfield Road, Flitwick.

"But Where the Hell is Flitwick???"
Flitwick is a small town in the county of Bedfordshire, approximately 50 miles due north of London and roughly equidistant between Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes. With a population of roughly 10,500 people, it has excellent transport networks to these three regions, and this is one of the main reasons why Ellen and I have deceided to locate here.
Flitwick is on the Thameslink line that runs between Bedford, London and Brighton. The line also passes through Luton, Harpenden, St Albans and Gatwick Airport. Check the Railtrack web site for timetables.
"Ellen Who???"
Ellen Bouttell actually...are you starting??? Ok, Ellen is my wonderful little fiance, whom I met at university. She's 23, and works as an Executive officer in the Civil Service. We have set our wedding date for 2nd August 2003 in Flitwick church.

Old english apparently. Anyway, here's the lowdown on this most intriguing family....
Barry Bouttell
Aged 48 and standing at roughly 5"7, Barry is a business tycoon having started up his own electrical services business from scratch in the 1990s. This was preceded by a period of fame and fortune in the DJ business. However, he now prefers the quiet life and after a hard day in the office, can normally be found curled up with a beer in front of the telly. Hobbies include lego building, windsurfing, and origami.
Gillian Bouttell
Aged 47 and standing at roughly 5"3, Gillian is a hard-working, effervescent company secretary. After a day of flirting with Barry in the office, she can be found curled up on the couch with Barry watching the telly. Hobbies include drinking wine, weight-lifting, and alpine skiing.
Ellen Bouttell
Aged 23 and standing at 5"1, Ellen graduated from the University of York in July 2001 and is now pursuing a career in the Civil Service. A hard-bitten intellect, Ellen can often be found with her head in a book reading and brushing up on her cultural, academic, and feministic knowledge. Her hobbies include smoking, drinking wine, and watching kids TV.
Sally Bouttell
Aged 18 and standing at roughly 5"0, Sally is currently studying for her A-Levels at Harlington Upper School, before enrolling in Hogwarts school of wizadry with her friend Rachael. Highly intellectual and a self-confessed "genius", she has indeed developed many groundbreaking theories to rid society of many of its present ills - including introducing "Sally Camps" to cure the chronically depressed. Her hobbies include avoiding alcoholic drinks, knitting, and witchcraft.
Chippy Bouttell
Alas, poor Chippy. Chippy is often discriminated against due to the fact that he cannot talk, and is utilised on a daily basis as the family slave. Hobbies include, chasing birds, biting his tail, and sleeping.
