Here at RUSTIC WOOD SIGNS we started making flags for family and friends. The first flags were based on college football teams. After the interest grew from those first ones, it has grown into making flags for USA and military branches. We started a business that looked to be a great idea and could possibly change the path for our family’s future. Over these past few months, we have delivered over 1,200 orders across this country and have at times had in excess of 10 employees and worked 84 hour weeks. Although we were back and forth multiple times between being behind and on time, we always were able to expand capability, improve the process and hire more people. We purchased a larger facility in 2019, adding CNC machines, new saws, belt fed sanders, and auto measuring tools, along with an advanced dust collection system.
