Here at RUSTIC WOOD SIGNS we make signs out of tounge and groove pine wood. After the design and size has been determined, we construct the signs and take a blow torch to make the wood look weathered and worn. Depending on what sign and expected look, the paint is sometimes mixed with paint thinner to make the signs look aged and this process lets the wood grain show through.
