11:30 Meeting of German High command with report of the Gruppe U-Bootswesen. Before middle of 1941 it is not possible to produce extentially more submarines and guarantee an monthly reenforcement of 12 boats. At best there will be 22 Atlantic-boats and 3 non-atlantic-boats ready by 1.7.1940. If there is a additional demand for special boats this would cut off huge resources too. U-Bootsgruppe recommends to build boat-type IX and VII.

O.d.M. will order the Blohm&Voß factory to produce boats now.
