Netero
This old man is none other than the head of the
Hunter committee- which presides over the awarding of hunter
licenses to suitable candidates that passed the test.
Netero made a rather stunning
entry in his first appearance-making a free-fall jump from the
hunter blimp (flying at a very high altitude) without a parachute,
landing squaring on his feet, without any sign of damage. His legs
must have been created with steel! A highly eccentric old man with
many unconventional ideas, (Netero's idea of the final stage of the
exam is surely unconventional enough!) even Hisoka seems to be wary
of this figure. I wonder what would happen if he ever got to engage
with a one-on-one battle with Zeno (Killua's grandfather)- another
wizened but powerful fella.
