Open Space Technology Training in Vancouver

In 2001, Vancouver will be privilaged to host Birgitt Williams of Dalar International who will be delivering all four parts of her Genuine Contact program.

Advanced Program in Open Space Technology Featuring the Open Space Organization

The program begins by addressing common concerns of Open Space Facilitators that arise once they are doing Open Space Technology meetings. The program then focuses on preparation of leaders (individual and management teams) to lead their organizations in a way in which the space for freedom to act is clear, creating conditions for high performance, high creativity, problem solving, and leadership development throughout the organization.

Cross Cultural Conflict Resolution

This training program is based on the work of Angeles Arrien in Cross Cultural Conflict resolution and the work of Harrison Owen in Open Space Technology, using the four principles of Open Space Technology as helpful tools.

Process Facilitation training for those times when Open Space is neither possible or appropriate.
