The Easter Festival in 2008 will be in Cambridge.

The Festival will be from the Thursday before Easter to the Wednesday after Easter, i.e. 20-26 March 2008

Thurs 20 Guests arrive at Stansted 06:40 and take pre-booked coach to Shelford Rugby Club  
(Please park at end of car park furthest from club house to allow space for the coach)

Fri 21 Training in the morning. Lunch at the Club, then Parkside for swimming. Parents pick up at Parkside about 16:30-17:00. Evening with hosts Free day, ending with shared meal at Shepreth Village Hall, 19:00 London by train:

Sun 23 Training in the morning, county under 13's and 14's squad (including a number of Shelford boys) to play against visitors. Shopping in afternoon Morning: free

Meal
Outing (possibly to the coast) if the weather is good
Informal gathering at Shelford Rugby Club, 18:30, so that participants can have a drink together.
Shared meal and "horse-racing" Group's private evening - shared meal at Tourist Guide member's house Farewell meal out together with hosts
Mon 24 Light training in the morning, followed by under 13 and 14's match, and then food. Meet at Hemingford Gray for first tour at 11:00. Parking is difficult.
Lunch at Old Ferry Boat Inn
Meet at Houghton Mill 15:00
Evening with hosts.
Morning: meet in Thaxted to watch Morris Dancing
Afternoon: visit Little Easton Gardens, Dunmow
Meet at Hemingford Gray for first tour at 11:00. Parking is difficult. Rest of day with hosts
