We are in an era in which everyone wants to be a prophet or prophetess or they want to be this GREAT man or woman of God. I really don't have a problem with wanting to be great for God because I too want to do all I can do for God and His people, but I do have a problem when there are ones who want to be great for wrong reasons; for recognition of man, for fame and for what materialistic things the ministry can bring and the biggest thing is money. That is an opened door for the spirit of pride.

For all the saints who have a prophetic anointing on your lives, because you have a prophetic anointing upon your life does not mean that you have been called to be in the office of a prophet. We are being moved by what we see on T.V. We are seeing the Prophetess Juanita Bynum-Weeks, the T.D. Jakes, the Rod Parsleys and many more anointed men and women of God. We only see the  glamour of the ministry and the fame it brings but we are unaware of the demons that they have to fight because of the anointing that is upon their lives. And,  we only see the outcome of their purification process. We didn't see what they had to "go through" when they were going through for the anointing. The anointing cost saints.  God is not going to just give it out freely. You have to be tried and proven if you are trustworthy of His precious anointing.

If you try to move ahead of God  (in which you can't)  you will be stepping into a realm illegally and you will not be able to handle the demons that are in that realm.  If you are  saying "Yes Lord, use me" He's going to correct you  and put you BACK into your rightful place because you are not ready for that spiritual realm yet. I remember when He gave me a dream and I was calling myself casting out demons. All I was saying was "In the name of Jesus". Those demons were not being moved. There was nothing wrong with saying "In the name of Jesus".  There's more to the dream, but what I got out of the dream was that I was not ready for that realm yet because I had NO POWER! There's still some pruning and maturing that He has to do in you. You can say yes I am grown or yes I am mature. Yes, in fact you may be, but in the natural (i.e your physical appearance). For right now be like the little children that Jesus spoke about in Matthew 18:3 which says, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Key word is H-U-M-B-L-E.

Again, I say to you to wait on your ministry.  God knew who we were before we were in our mother's womb(
see Jeremiah 1:5). Don't accept all these parking lot prophecies of telling you who you are in God. God has given us a shepherd and in due season God will reveal your purpose and your calling to you. We are all purposed. Some of us need to find our purpose.  More than likely you have already been operating in your gift because gifts and callings come without repentance. (see Romans 11:29)

Seek God for confirmation.  And I  personally feel that it also has to be confirmed by the Pastor. If there is a man or woman of God speaking a word in your life and your Pastor (for you that are in the large churches I believe you have mentors appointed over you) is not there if I were you I would run it by him or her. That is your mother or father in the Spirit. Let him or her be your checker in the spirit because God has put them over us. 1Timothy 4:14 says, Neglect not the gift that is  in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.) Presbytery are the elders of the church

I have heard of a situation in which  someone was visiting a church and someone that was speaking began to prophesy into their life of how they should be speaking and that they were  like a roaring lion but seems as  if they are in a cage because they are not able to be free and be expressive. What happened you ask? Well this person goes to  church and started acting and thinking more highly of themselves than they ought  have. Romans 12:3 says, For I say, the grace given unto me, that every man that is among you, not to think [of himself] more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

So now there was a door that had been opened to several demonic spirits.  Thank God that person  recognized that demonic force that was upon them.  Saints these are truly the last and evil days and I know that you have been hearing it more and more, but believe it. Our time on this earth is getting shorter and the devil's time on this earth is getting shorter. That is why he is running havoc the way he is.
Be careful. Be prayerful. Stay consecrated before God.

God bless you.....
