This is a great, livid fic from Deimos' POV. In a few bytes, it conveys...I don't even know how to explain what it conveys without sounding like the hugest dork. But let me just tell you to read it, yeah? I could totally picture everything that was going on...it's just great. And caffeine deprivation has rendered me stupid, what fun. I seriously love this fic. I'm going to back it up in case Roo abandons the site and takes it down or something, because this is completely rare in the Herc/Xenaverse fic that I've read. Most fic centered on Strife feature him as a wounded puppy overcoming a crappy childhood. This snippet keeps him as a wounded puppy and it's how he deals with his childhood sort of, and how he's a children's diety. The matter-of-fact style really lends to the...over all affect. God. I just love this fic, it's really different from every other fic I've read. Kudos to Roo (I actually emailed and told them most of this, isn't that rare for me? heh. And she emailed me back about it! She said [about other fanfics having him as a poor helpless puppy and fanon kid's god] "That's actually why I wrote it. I got so sick and tired of all the fic portraying him as a helpless, sweet abused, angsting, wimpy little guy that I wanted to sort of shake that up. Plus, it seems like he's somehow (in fanon) become a children's god. I also wanted to play with that idea." *gringringrin* She sounds really nice, even if most her stuff is creeeepy *poor impression of Strife/Deimos giggles* I love nice fic writers.)

Andromeda (A lot of these are probably from Andromeda Uncovered, that's a really huge archive of all kinds of Andromeda smut.):
Red by Rivier and Moonloon (NC-17) is powerful and descriptive and you just lose yourself in spanking and hot sex. It's more like a PWP but I'd say there's some subplot hidden in the narration. It's just a really...really.
For a change of pace....Haha smut with plot! It's a now-AU version of how Tyr and Harper could have met before Amdromeda. Harper is as cocky and tough yet wounded puppy as he should have been, as he was in the first season before Sor-butt (and the dudes at Fireworks but I'm not convinced) flexed his (to paraphrase Strife, I believe) Jeckulean grip and made it the Sor-butt in Space Hour. (Oh, he would have a sore butt if I had my way and could chew that egotistical ass out...Oh yeah, the fic...) I'm not very particular of some of her other writings, I mean they're good and all, just not really my boat, no torture going on, ya know? But "In the Kitchen" is a good ole romp that...you just should read.
Not smut, but the plot has sooo many redeeming values. Angsty, Tyr/Harper-ness, with implied Dylan's-an-evil-lunatic, my three faves in an Andromeda fic. On the site it's rated R but it's just so...innocent in a sense that I'd give it a PG. Very good job.

It'sa How Harper Met Beka fic in a different way than the norm. Rafe stole Beka's ship and needed an engineer, found Harper and...Well, it's a short story. Read it. I think it's the fic that got me facinated with Harper/Rafe stories (for the three of them that are out there).

This was a funny drabble-sort of thing, I was laughing my ass off imagining this. I think it was nominated for a Harry Potter Slash Award.
"Fred's heart has been broken by his one true love... What do you do if you can't trust a brother?" I read this awhile ago and I keep remembering it. It's short, bittersweat, and to the point. It's great, not really Percy-centered but...well, it kind of is, like all his fault...just read it.
This was just great. Other than involving a different pairing, it's worth the read because it's a well-written little snippet. I hope there's a sequel...
A fucking beautiful fic. I actually started crying during the first part. The dialogue could have been better, but the narration is. . .amazing. Percy is a tortured soul. A little boy coping with loss. Before I started the first chapter I put my dog outside and didn't hear her scratching to get in until I was almost done, awhile later. In the second and third chapters they cry too easily, but it's all still good and it's got a happy ending.
This is just fucking...it's hot. And it's to Nine Inch Nail's Closer, which is all the better. Awesome song. This fic is a tite insight into the possibilities of Ron and Draco, and it's believable. Pretty, pretty fic.
This is a...it's drabble-esque but in a long way. Percy and Oliver's developing relationship through Bill and Charlie's eyes, over summers.
This is seriously a good fic. Gets the gears working about what could happen to Draco after the war ends if You Know Who loses. I love the last line: "He had fallen in love once. Now he is just falling." This is a must read.
This is just so sadistic I can't get over it. Mutilation themes. It's a one-shot that's...kind of poingent of Snape's relationship with Lupin. It's so good. I like this writer.
I found this one really interesting. It's a drabble put to fantastic artwork. I found the style interesting, the drawings were great.
