Character : the group of qualities that make a person, group, or thing different from others * an odd peculiar person * reputation
What makes me & you different from the rest of the world?
Are we looked at as peculiar? What is your reputation?
what do we need to work on about our character in order for people to come to christ because of our example?
Well there are many people who's character was transformed by perseverance, Examples such as peter the profane fisherman,
who becomes a man who's vary shadow heals. Its true read Matt. 26:27 & Acts 5:15 while going though this proscese peter's character had to be proven. So too we need to be people of proven character.
Building Character is when we're working to become the people God has called for us to be. I'm not talking about being perfact though God says Be Holy For I Am Holy. I'm talking about a cheracter thats proven over time to be true to the life God has called us to live.
God wants us tobe people who demonstrate "Love, which comes from a pure heart, a good conscience, and sincere faith." (1 tim 1:5) so this means that a person with Godly character 1.)is Loving, 2.) has a clear conscience, and 3.) has an authentic relationship with the lord. these are signs of someone with godly character.
