| The Dragonballs are 7 magical balls that if all are brought together can grant one wish. The dragonballs are used quite a bit in DB/Z/GT and each ball contains its own dragon! these dragons only appear in DBGT and there are also more then 1 type of dragonball sets. There are the Namekian dragonballs(found on namek), the earth, and the universal dragonballs.
Namekian Dragonballs - These Dragonballs are only found on namek and instead of Shenlong these have Purunga (the namekian dragon) and instead of 1 wish he can grant up to 3!. These dragonballs are also larger then those on earth.
Earth Dragonballs - These dragonballs are used the most out of the series (since earth is where most of it is) and these produce Shenlong, and at first he can only grant 1 wish but when dende makes his own dragon (same one but different name i think) he can grant 2 now!
Universal Dragonballs - These dragonballs are scattered around the whole UNIVERSE witch means it would take a while to find them. Goku goes on a search for them in GT to wish himself to be an adult instead of a child (read the GT review to find out the child part) and he travels with Trunks and Pan. they get them but then the evil dragons come out and go wild and evtually are beaten and Goku uses those dragonballs to wish for allthe people on to come back to life before all that happened, and then he is absorbed into the dragon and that ends GT.
