LEAGUE PLAYOFF RULES:
27. The membership has voted that each team must have a minimum of six players registered and ready to play on site by 11-30 am. Players arriving after 11-30 am will be allowed to play, provided the six-player rule has been adhered to.
Format
Games will be 601open start, double out. Based on a 6 person format, each team must play every team in your division 3 games, all games count as follows:
1st game is 3 players
2nd game is 3 different players
3rd game Captain's choice
As all games count for 1 point, you must flip a coin for each game. The loser of the flip must put their names up first. Once both teams are listed on the board, the first person playing for each team must diddle to see who throws for score first.
After each match, report your score to the person who has volunteered to be your Division Leader. After each round, the Division Leader will update the Master Board. Players please check your standing by looking at the Master Board as it is there for your convenience. The division sheet is needed by the Division Leader to put up the next round. Please report promptly to the board where your next match is to be played.
Team captains are to ensure that all your registered players have completed a form for "Most Congenial Team" and captains are to place the votes in the appropriate box at the Executive Table. Please ensure that only 1 vote per registered player is put into the box.
Remember - Playoffs are your last opportunity to return Master Trophies Refer to Rule # 13
28. Remember - All banquet funds must be collected and submitted to the treasurer ONE week before the playoffs.
Captains are to supply a list of members and guests with the appropriate funds in order to receive banquet tickets.
The Western Fraser Valley Dart League has adopted the above listed rules 1 thru 28 as the format we will follow. Any amendments or changes to the rules must take place at a General Meeting and be discussed and decided upon by a vote of our membership.
