13. A scheduled game may be altered by mutual consent of team Captain's.The Thursday following the first half of season will be for games rescheduled by mutual consent during the first half of season only. The Thursday following the second half of season will be for games rescheduled by mutual consent during the second half of the season only. No make up games will be allowed after these days. Any team unable to field a team on a regular night must notify opposing team captain before 6.00pm on the night of play. If make up games cannot be rescheduled the original defaulting team will receive 0 points, opposing team to receive their yearly average. No singles games will count. In the event of games being canceled due to adverse weather conditions, terrorist attacks or natural disasters, each team will receive their yearly average. No singles games will count.

14. All master trophies are to be returned to the Executive on or before the playoffs, so that  the next winners names may be engraved in time for presentation at the banquet.

CONDITIONS OF PLAY
15. Games are to commence at 7:45 P.M. with a 15-minute grace period, after which the offending team will forfeit the night unless the captains agree to proceed with play .

16.The board must be 5'8" high from the floor to the center of the bulls-eye. The dart 20 segment will be black.

17. The toe-line must be well marked and be exactly 7' 9" 1/4" from center of the board, straight out and down. 9' 7" 3/8" from the bull to toe line diagonally, it is the home team Captains responsibility to see this rule is adhered to.

18. Home team Captain to ensure there is enough seating for the visiting Team; home team Captain to ensure adequate lighting on dartboards.

19. All team Captains are responsible for their players advancing to the line of throw. No player is allowed over the toe-line to throw his/her darts. Any player, who does not adhere to this rule, after being warned, will have his/her score declared null and void. The chalker only is allowed over the toe-line during play.

21 a.  Singles stats will be compiled over the course of the season to determine the league singles winners. There will be 2 winners, one in each of A and B section.
21b. There will be a singles tournament at the end of the season to determine the singles champion in A and B sections.

22. Please respect the statistician's job and mail or fax your score sheets immediately  (preferably on your way home from your dart match). It is the responsibility of
BOTH team Captain's to ensure the score sheet is mailed in a timely fashion. If the statistician has not received your score sheet by the next week of play, the offending teams will be subject to a 5-point penalty, at the discretion of the statistician. At season end if a tie should occur, the concerned Captain's along with the Executive, will decide on a playoff or other form of  tie breaker at a neutral location.

23. 
During Play: Any questions concerning a score must be raised before the darts leave  the board. Objections will not be entertained after this time.

24. The chalker will tell the player the number scored only, not what is left. The Captain will advise his/her player's the number required for the game should assistance be needed, and the player should step back away from the line and ask for help. Should assistance be needed, it is considered a courtesy that the chalker move as little as possible and face the chalk board or dart board, do not look at the thrower. The respective Captains and chalker will settle all disputes. The Chalker is to stand right up to the chalkboard. It is considered a courtesy that the next player stands away from the thrower, at the line, so that his/her Captain can help the player if he/she needs it.

25.(a)  The dress code will be adhered too as stipulated by the home team premise.
(b)  The W.F.V.D.L expects its members to maintain the highest ethics of the game of  darts, with particular emphasis on their personal conduct, which should always reflect   good sportsmanship.
c) The Executive has been authorized by its members to suspend any person or persons for poor conduct.

26.The members have authorized the Executive to make any decisions that are required, as long as such decisions are made in the best interest of the league and only if procedures are not outlined in the League Rules as set by the membership.
