This branch was officially created on July 15, 2006.

This organization began with the 7 high school students who attended the first meeting-

These original 7 members showed up along with the parents of Michael Dee and Yolly Liu and also the Los Angeles C.A.C.A. grand executive/representative Winston Wu.
