| Upon meeting, the recognition was clear... ...we have met before... |

| Chapter 1: Memory Rebourne In You Cale's Recognition... Cale: Eminence inside the wide and tried lumination Of an instinct lost of pride and ride abomination A loss of all perception in a train of forced elation Is there a single soul alive that craves this evaluation? Undeniable, it seems, is how I'm drawn to this The waking look in eyes and smell and feeling of her lips It's like eternity, the rage of passion that exists But subsides to a new wonder of energy of this: This heart and this mind is your light inside I know and feel that it's all the truth that binds Awake, aware, awashed, abound from anywhere I've been Now I settle in the bound and retired chair I'm in. Meer: The night I walked across the sand where your steps last remember It was again a silent night, around the cold September Do you recall how many times, under the faultless tree We spoke of thoughts to tear disguise and find eternity? How waters washed with waves again, an ocean of lost love And how it vanished in the depths the memory we loathe? How under leaves that died that night, while gods cried with regret A tear fell on your pillow case, and scarred your angel's bed? How within lives that felt astray you tracked the once wan moon And in that quest, beyond the sea, not too late, not too soon A voice inside you always traced where something still awaits For you to find that which you seek, and open wide its gates And while it brushed your face with pain and memory that dies Its ageless leaves found you this time, to open, too, your eyes |
