Terms and conditions
* Fees must be paid in full before the course starts.
* Fees can be paid either in cash or by cheque.
* There will be a $50.00 tuition and registration fee charged if cancellation is requested prior to the start of the second scheduled class.
* No refund will be issued after the second class has commenced.
* If there are 6 or fewer students enrolled in any particular group class, the length of the class will be shortened depending on the original length of the course.
* The Ottawa Chinese Language & Culture Academy reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. This is the only case in which full refunds will be made.
* A standard class hour is 55 minutes.
* If, due to unforeseeable circumstances, a student wishes to leave in the midst of one semester and transfer his credit to the following semester, there is a minimum $75 tuition & administration charge, subject to when the request for transfer is made; however, the Ottawa Chinese Language & Culture Academy reserves the right to accept or refuse such requests at its discretion.
