Who We Are We are known as the "Jiangmen Sisters." We used to reside at the Jiangmen Children's Welfare House in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, China. Our mommies and daddies adopted us through Chinese Children Adoption International (CCAI), located in Centennial, Colorado. There are sixteen of us who were adopted through CCAI in Groups 172 and 173. On November 4th, 1999, our Mommies and Daddies were notified who we are and where we are. As soon as they saw our faces, they knew they had to come get us. However, due to Y2K closures, and changes in how the American Consulate is handling certain agencies, they had to wait a little longer to come get us. On January 17th, 2000, we were finally united with our Forever Families! Read "Our Adoption Story" to read about our families' trips to come get us.
