LYC Group will make the initial shipment of 300,000 steel balls of three types to Japan. This is LCY¡¯s first export of steel balls to international market.
Besides meeting the inner requirement, Steel Ball Branch has actively explored foreign market to ask for cooperation.This Japanese company finally turned to LYC after investigation and comparison from several Chinese bearings steel ball companies.
In April, the Japanese customers came to Steel Ball Factory twice to have investigations and business negotiations. The satisfying test results of steel ball samples strengthened their confidence about LYC. After on-the-spot inspection in June, they showed their satisfaction about the processing technology, product quality, testing ability as well as samples-testing. At last, the two sides reached supplying agreement of three shipments at once.
This initial order is crucial for LYC to expand the foreign market. In order to ensure the quantity and quality of this order, Steel Ball Brach carried out professional morality education to all the staffs. The staffs involved in production were asked to build up quality consciousness, strictly follow the demands of the product process and make sure that the quality of the goods are always in a good and controlled state.
