The National Development Planning Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Commerce Department and the National Intellectual Property Office issued a report ¡ˇăGuidelines for Current Priorities for Development in Key Sectors of Hi-Tech Industry. ¡ˇăThe guideline lists out the development of seal materials, radial ply tire and key ram materials.
