Dallas Austin. Dynamic, Talented, Brilliant. Today, Dallas is one of the most highly regarded producers in the industry. From the keyboards to the guitar to the drums to the harmonica... Dallas Austin plays them all.

He was born in Georgia. Dallas moved to ATL (Also in Georgia) when he was still quite young. Dallas' first big break came when he did some phenomenal production for the group ABC (Another Bad Creation.) on the hit tracks, Playground and Aisha. After that, he worked on Boyz II Men's debut album, Cooleyhighharmony. Writing and producing 8 tracks on the album including the hits- Under Pressure, It's so hard to say good bye to yesterday and Motown Philly. The album sold over 10 million copies making Boyz II men the best selling R 'n B group and Dallas was named the top producer of the year 1991 by Billboard.

After his work with Boyz II Men, Dallas Austin also wrote and produced on TLC's debut album 'Ooooooh on the TLC tip'. Of the songs he wrote, three were singles from that album. There were four singles from the album and three of those- What about your friends, Ain't 2 proud 2 beg and Hat 2 da Back were done by him. The album did well too, selling about 4 million copies. He continued to work with the group producing several hits for them along the way such as Creep and Unpretty to name only a few. He also wrote and produced the first hit single for the young R 'n B princess- Monica- Don't take it personal. He continued his work with her making hits like Why I love you so much, before you walk out of my life, The Boy is Mine, Angel of Mine, Street Symphony...

Through his career, Dallas has worked with other great talents such as George Clinton, the Queen of Soul, Aretha franklin, the King of Pop himself- Michael Jackson, Grcae Jones, Bjork, Madonna, Deborah Cox, Usher, Johnny Gill... Just to name a few.

Current projects include Tamia, Chilli, Janet, Spice Girls, Stevie Nicks and Devyne.

Dallas is definitely one of the most gifted producers out there. And he's all Chilli's!

Chilli and Dallas always look so cute together. He's intelligent, hardworking and reserved. She's crazy, sexy and cool. He and Chilli have been together for approximately ten years and they have a 2 year old son Tron to show for it. No wedding bells for sure but Chilli was recently spotted wearing a ring and when asked about it she just smiled. She had once stated that she and Dallas were likely to eventually run off and get married without telling anyone so...

Chilli says she enjoys working with Dallas because he truly understands her. Sometimes, when she gets shy, he clears the recording studio for her and she sings alone!

Oh yeah, i thought I'd add this too. Because there have been rumors about Chilli and Dallas having problems in their relationship... Allegations that Dallas is cheating and suspicion that Chilli and Usher are now together... Somebody at the CyberTLC messageboard wrote this joke. She also said it was okay for me to post it up her.
