Missed lesson will be made up ONCE every six months at teacher's discretion depending on the time available. Otherwise, the made-up lesson time is forfeited.
Lessons missed by the teacher will definitely be re-scheduled at the same week. Otherwise, a credit may be given to the following month.
If you are late for your lesson, it will be your responsiblity for the minutes you miss. The lesson will end at the time as scheduled.
* Cancelled Lessons
If you wish to cancel a lesson, please call 372-9276 or 216-9888 (mobile) one day before the lesson. ONCE MORE, each student may have two makeup or rescheduled lessons for the school year: one January thru June, another one July thry December. Failure to appear for a makeup lesson will still count as the makeup lesson.
* Students Recitals
All Students are encouraged to perform in the annyal studio recital, usually at the end of the year. There could be another recital by the summer.
* Your Responsbilities
1. Each student is responsible for acquisition of music books or sheet music.
2. All students in the studio should have access to a piano or a large electronic
keyboard (beginner only) for daily practice.
3. Regular and quality practice is required for all students. Effective practice
guarantees a smooth and pleasant learning process.
4. If you decide to terminate the scheduled lessons at anytime, you need to send the teacher one month's prior notification. Otherwise, the tuition of the following
month will be charaged.
* Holidays
The studio will be closed for the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and Spring Break. However, the tuition payment for these months will remain the same as all other months. Certain federal holidays may not necessarily be observed, and the studio will rmain open on those days. The studio may also open even if schools do not meet. Please call in advance if there are any questions.
