STREET KIDS

SALESIAN PROJECT

GOAL

To offer adolescents and working youths an educational program, which helps prevent negative consequences of living on the street and to favor their personal development.

PROPOSAL

An educational proposal incuding; PREVENTION and PROMOTION.

PREVENTION = education based work to avoid the negative affects of street life and to desuade these boys from allowing street life to become habitual.  (For example, some boys work in the streets to survive independantly while others are there to help their families with finances).  We feel it is important to decrease the need for children to work in the street.

PROMOTION = a diverse educational work to promote and enhance their potential in order to build a brighter future for each boy and their family.
