This program, written by myself, will hide the Start button until you
press Ctrl+R. That will put the Start button back and pop up a message
box. And because of the way I coded it, even if the victim determines
which program caused it from the Ctrl-Alt-Del box and ends it, the Start
button won't reappear! The Start keys (Windows button or Ctrl-Esc) still
pop up the Start menu, but that can't be helped. I know it works on
95/98 (that's what I use), but in theory it should also work in NT and
2000.
