Now, we've all been in the situation where one of us has been with a friend and their boyfriend/girlfriend, or we've been with our boyfriend/girlfriend and brought a friend along with us. We all know how awkward that can be, right? We think we've come up for a solution for this problem...
Well, one night while talking on the Internet, Kelly had invited Charlie and Gia into a chat so they could talk to each other. It was really fun, and they both ended up liking each other...which was good for Kelly and Charlie. Through most of the conversation, the three of them were talking to each other, and no one was left out. Gia was somewhat shocked, because she was thinking that she would've been left out while the other two had their own conversation. Charlie said, "no, Gia...we're a hovercraft!" It really didn't make much sense at first, but then Kelly caught on and said, "yeah, Gia, that's right...there aren't any extra wheels, so no one is left out!" That conversation turned out to be one of the best.
Moral of the Story: When you have a friend with you, and you're with your boyfriend/girlfriend, at least try to include them in whatever you're doing, or whatever conversations you may be having. If they choose to not try and have a good time, then don't worry about them, because they're making themselves miserable. But at least give the hovercraft a shot...It worked for us!
