Ok, here are some more snapshots of the almost finished project. I still have to finish the box. All the pieces are ready, I just have to nail them together. I think it's looking pretty good so far, I just need the stools and whatever other little detail I can think of :) |

The front part of the bar consisted of three craft sticks. I had to remove half of one because the lamps didn't fit in the box :\ Carlos said it'd be nice to put a small battery powered light in there. I think it would be a good idea. Once we put the box together (to make sure it fit) it looked pretty dark in there. I glued sequins around the background picture, it brightened it up a bit, since the light reflects on them. I also added some beads accross the picture, where in the actual bar there's a shelf with those thingies similar to what Zorro has around the brim of his hat (I tried to find the proper name for those... if anyone knows, please share lol) |
