The Sears, Roebuck Building is a striking building in gray and blue. it is windowless, but has a circulating air system with an air moving capacity equal to that of 1800 ordinary six-room residences. It has a 150-foot tower and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Exhibits, pictures and demonstrations tell the story of merchandising. There is a children's playground, restaurant, rest rooms and an emergency hospital.
