| Ch 8: Shianne stopped inside a local diner to grab some food before continuing her search. She sat down in a booth and ordered a diet coke, a salad, and some bread. The diner had a television on so Shianne shifted her attention towards it. She had a feeling that she knew what was going to be on it but she couldn�t help but cry out when she saw scenes from her house as the reporter talked about the horrible deaths that had just occurred. Shianne felt tears slowly flowing down her cheeks as the showed pictures of Trenton, Breanna and herself, listing Breanna and Trenton as being kidnapped and Shianne a runaway. Then men that did it, had of course disappeared without a trace. Shianne pulled the cloak of her hood over her face more so that she wouldn�t be spotted as she quickly ate. She paid the cashier and made her way outside. Just as she was walking out the door she heard the reporter say that when found the three children would be separated into foster care. �Like hell we will be,� Shianne mumbled to herself as she pushed out the door. She�d be damned if they would ever split them up after she found them. She headed down the street towards the abandoned side of town. She knew they had to be somewhere close by, she could feel them. She began running quietly not calling out to them for fear of giving herself away. She quickly ran into a building only to see their old clothes along with a note. Shianne picked up the note after glancing around for them. ~~~Note~~~~ Shianne, we figured you would be able to feel your brother and sister�s energy so we decided that we would leave town, even the state in order to get them away from you while we finish the brainwashing techniques. But don�t you worry we will be back to get you as well, all four of us. Except we won�t be brainwashing you, no no child. Afraid to say it, but we will be back to kill you. You are too much of a hazard, a firecracker and you can not be allowed to live. So sorry to break that terrible news to you. Make sure you survive long enough to die by your siblings� hands. It will be quite the site to see indeed. Well until we meet again child, Micheal, Alex, Trenton, and Breanna -The Evil Squad- Shianne couldn�t believe her eyes even after she read the note several times. Who did these men think they were taking her family away from her. She decided right then and there that no matter what she would hunt them down and kill Micheal and Alex painfully just as they did to her parents. Shianne walked out of the building trying to get a fix on something that would tell her where they had gone. �Shi? Are you okay?� Christian asked as he came running up behind her. �I�m glad I finally found you,� he continued breathlessly. �Christian!? How did you find me?� Shianne squeaked as she turned around hugging him tightly. She then continued, �they�ve taken Trenton and Breanna to another state.... how am I going to find them then?!� �Shi, calm down.... I saw a black car going towards the airport so I did some calling around. It turns out that two men, a boy and girl got onto a plane that was heading towards Mexico. I figured that it was them.� �MEXICO!? How am I going to get from Georgia to Mexico?!� Shianne exclaimed nearly jumping down his throat. �Shi, calm down... I have it covered. Trust me, okay? Your plane leaves in an hour and will land in Cancun Mexico. So go home and get whatever you need and I�ll take you to your plane.� Shianne nodded as Christian drove her back to her house. She ran inside gathering what clothes, supplies, and money she could fit into a backpack. She ran downstairs to the car with the backpack. �Alright, I�m ready Christian. Thanks so much for everything you�ve done, I don�t know what I would do without you.� �Your welcome, and I don�t know what I�m going to do without you. It�s going to be so lonely around here without you Shi. Can�t I come with you? I wouldn�t be in the way I promise.� �Chris, no.... I have to do this on my own and I would never live with myself if something happened to you.� Christian nodded sorrowfully as he drove Shianne to the airport and remained sorrowful as she got onto the plane. �Goodbye my sweet Shianne and please come home safe to me,� Christian whispered as the plane took off into the air. Shianne had tears welling up in her eyes as she walked onto the plane. The tears started to flow down her cheeks as she looked out the window of the plane towards the terminal she knew Christian was still standing in. �I�ll be back Christian, I promise... I�ll be back with Trenton and Breanna safe and sound.. but until then... don�t give up on me,� Shianne whispered before breaking down into quiet sobs. She cried herself to sleep awaking only when the plain touched down in Cancun Mexico. She picked up her backpack before walking off the plane. She looked around with wide eyes wondering where she should start. Sighing softly to herself, Shianne headed out of the airport towards town. She had to walk since she only had a limit amount of cash and needed to save it |
