Haneoka Meimi Haneoka Meimi is a 14 year old girl who attends St. Paulia Academy. Her birthday is September 29, which makes her sign a Libra. Meimi does well in physical eduaction. She doesn't like to study much. Her best friend is Seira. She inherited some things from her parents. Eimi(Meimi's mom) was a thief. And Gen'ichirou(Meimi's dad), was a magician. She usually gets into fights with Asuka Jr, whom she really likes, even if he doesn't know it. What he also didn't know about Meimi is that she is also... Saint Tail At night, Meimi transforms into Saint Tail when shes "Forgive me lord for the tricks up my sleeves. One...Two...Three!" She steals for good. In other words, she steals from other thieves. Kind of like Robin Hood. She knows a lot of tricks. More than her father, maybe. Asuka Jr. is the one trying to catch Saint Tail. At one time, she said "If I'm going to be captured, I want you to be the one to do it." Hm, I see some funky romance going on...

Daiki Asuka Jr. Asuka Jr.'s father, Asuka(derf), was a detective. He think's his dad is lousy and wants to be a better one. He is dimwitted but he's actually really smart. He often fights with Meimi about stuff, but then gets hit with a broom. When the sister(teacher), comes in, they end up holding buckets of water(you know, that punishment?). Asuka Jr. desperately wants to capture Saint Tail. He doesn't care who she is, as long as he captures her. He doesn't know that Saint Tail is Meimi, even though he gets some hints from time to time.

Ruby Unlike many anime, Ruby is a regular, non-talking hedgehog. Meimi saw Ruby in the pet shop window and she really wanted to get her, but someone else already got her. The owner bought her to hide a diamond called a teardrop from a star in her stomach. Luckily, she sneezed it out. The owner was arrested and Meimi kepted her. Meimi's dad gave her mom a ruby ring for their engagement. Lucky for Meimi, her parents were too happy to care, so Meimi named the hedgehog Ruby.

Mimori Seira Seira(which for some reason I keep calling Siera) is Meimi's best friend. She's a little goody-two shoes, considering she's a nun-in training. People go to her for help. She usually tell them "I'm sure the good lord will watch over you". Seira is the only one to know that Meimi is Saint Tail. She is the one to assign Saint Tail the tasks(you know, like what to steal and who to give it back to).

Takamiya Rina Rina is the mayor's niece. She wants to be a policewoman when she grows up. The first person in town she met was Asuka Jr. in the arcade. She interrupted him in a game(which sadly, he had a high score on and ended up losing) and he yelled at her. Then he realized that she was taller than him. She decide that she wanted to capture Saint Tail along with Asuka Jr. Rina likes Asuka Jr. and it's obvious to everyone.
