- Aid supervisors in guiding 28 peer staff members through exercises necessary to ensure their understanding of the goals and learning outcomes of the curriculum
- Determine the effectiveness of the staff's implementation of the curriculum using various assessment tools and strategies

- Engage students in a residence hall educational curriculum
