On August 11 and 12, 2002, I went up for classes and to attune some of my students to first and second level. The waterfalls were all
but dry. There was no water at Yosemite
Falls and a trickle at Nevada, Vernal and
Bridal Veil falls. We were lucky enough to
find camping sites at Bridal Veil Creek on the'
road to Glacier Point. There the classes took
place the first day and the second my three
students were attuned to first and second
level Reiki. All this was accomplished in the
morning hours so that we could spend
the afternoons exploring the wonders of
Yosemite National Park. A tragic turn of e
vents took place that second day.
We climbed Sentinel Dome, and bathe in the
energy vortex at the apex of the Dome under
the now dead Jeffrey pine. One of my students told me she had a vision, an enlightenment of sort. She had been paining for her dead husband for the past two years and he had just told her to go on with life.
You cant live with the dead so please let go of his soul and go on with life. I thought it was a great insight. We all did some Reiki to aid in the global healing and continued with out adventure.
Next we traveled to Glacier Point where
you can see the entire valley three thousand
feet below. From there we could see Half
Dome, Nevada and Vernal Falls and further
west we could see the dry Yosemite Falls,
El Capitan. And the rest of the Valley
surrounded by majestic peeks and Cathedral
spires made of granite.  The view was
                                                                      magnificent.
Our travel took us next to Bridal Veil Falls
where something both tragic and wonderful
happened. I always suspected that at the
base of  ridal Veil there is a vortex. It has
always inspired   me and swimming in the pool at the bottom of that fall has always left me invigorated and wanting for more.
We climbed to the lower pool of the falls without difficulty. It was inspiring and invigorating at the same time. It  inspired us to climb even
higher to the upper pool. At this point I must
warn you all that climbing the rocks at any
falls whether in Yosemite or elsewhere can
bevery dangerous, as you will find out as
you continue on with us on our trip.
The upper pool was like a little spot of
paradise. Not too many people climbed that
high so we were secure that our meditation
would go undisturbed. We swam in 35
water. The bones got numb just from standing
in the water. I needto clarify the (WE) in we
swam. I got into the water as far as my buttocks
and decided that my bones would snap from the
cold so I got out and meditated whiles the others had fun. The Candidate that had her insight on Sentinel Dome is sixty years old and she climbed the fall with no problem what so ever (check out the picture of her climbing) and there, to my embracement she was swimming with the youngsters and me staying out in the sun where it was warm. We all had a good laugh at that and so time passed and it was time to head down.
Between the upper and lower pools is where
the problems began. I took a tumble and
rolled down numerous rocks. Loose rocks
followed me down and crashed into my thigh
and buttocks. I chipped my knee, but
otherwise and except for a bit of
embarrassment non-the worse. I began to
limp my way down the rocks till I thought I
saw the trail head we were just about one
hundred feet from the trail when my sixty
year old companion came down on a rock
the wrong way and we all heard the snap of
the bone like a thunder clap echoing trough the valley. She looked up from the rock and said, I think I broke my leg upon examination I agreed with her, inasmuch as the heel was facing her front. I examined her broken leg and concluded that the break was about four inches from her ankle. Prepared myself for a Reiki healing and began to rotate her foot and reset her bone. According to her the pain level on a scale from 1-10, ten being the worst, was 12 until I reset her bone. Then it dropped to a one. The Reiki had done its work.
We stayed on that rock for three hours waiting for the Ranger to get to us. I stayed with her through the whole ordeal. We went to Yosemite Hospital where she was X rayed. I was offered a job at the hospital for the job well done on the resection but had to decline because of my lack of medical knowledge. I drove her back to Fresno University Medical Center where she was splint and sent home till they could decide what to do with the bone.
I would like to inform every one who reads this that Carmelitta is doing well now and has a rod through the bone with two pins. She will be up and about in no time so please send her all the white light and energy possible.
