The first of the 3 pictures below is the original picture. The 2nd picture removes the friend on the left and leaves the 3 sisters. The background has been altered to remove the poster. The 3rd picture shows the 3 sisters with "digital surgery".

The first photo, below, was originally 3 ½ inches wide by 3 ½ inches tall. The bride in this picture wanted to isolate the part of the photo that included her parents and grandfather. She also wanted it "yellowed" a bit to blend in with her other old photos. In the 2nd photo you will see the isolation, "yellowing", and the beginning of the removal of one of the figures in the picture. The 3rd picture includes the requested people, imperfections from the original are removed, and a neutral background was added. The original clapboard siding of the church behind the group could have been retained if desired. The final photo was printed as a 4x6. The portion of the original photo that the finished product came from was about 1¼x1¾.
