Open Thine Eyes- Chapter 5

   Last chapter- Serena was hit over the head with a piece of hail in a freak snow storm. All the scouts ended up sharing one cabin. The shadow has just told Serena that he's going to prove to Serena that he can hurt her in a dream.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

   "I will prove to you now!" screamed the Shadow as he came closer and closer to Serena.
   "No, No Leave me alone!" she reached for her silver crystal but it was no where to be found so instead she screamed in agony as the shadow crept closer.
In the real world:
  The scouts and Darien woke up suddenly to find Serena screaming as loud as she could.
   "Serenity! Serenity!" screamed Darien as he tried to shake her awake. "Wake up! Wake up!!"
   "Mommy!" screamed Rini as she ran over to them.
In the dream state:
  Serena screamed and tried to get the shadows hands off of her throat just as she began to see a tiny golden light and heard:
  "Mommy! Serenity! Princess"
  "I'm coming!" she screamed. She then managed to push out of the shadow's way and dove for the light. In an instant she was back in the real world shaking harder than she had ever shaken. She opened her eyes and blinked then stood up with Dariens hands on her hips holding her stable. She looked around the looked down to where her brooch usually was and found it wasn't there.
  "I needed that." she thought then she looked around and felt a twinge in her neck. She looked in the window and saw she had terrible purple bruises on her neck. They looked as if someone had, someone had
  TRYED TO CHOKE HER!!!
She started to shake again.
  "Serena, what's wrong?" asked Darien. She sat down again and rubbed her neck to find it hurt then instantainely she screamed with all the terror in her heart. Darien clutched her to him and had a few tears coming out of his eyes too. "Serenity." he cried. "What's wrong please tell me!" she looked up and around then started to speak very softly in a monotone voice.
  "He's going to hurt my family. My family. If I don't give it to him."
  "What? Give what to him?" asked Raye.
  "The crystal. The silver crystal." whispered Darien as if the thought had just been telepathically passed to him.
  "Well don't worry," said Lita "Your family is back home in Crossroads."
  "I don't think she means that family." said Mina. Darien looked up and nodded. Then he picked up Rini and hugged her close.
  "He attacks from in your dreams!" Serena screamed. "But he can attack from outside the dreams to! I didn't have it! I didn't have it!"
  "Have what?" asked Setsuna quietly.
  "The crystal!" Serena shouted and then she bolted out the snow covered door.

  "Darn! Darn!" shouted the shadow as he crept back into his lair. Instead of the little black creature scurrying in it was a girl of about 15-16 that walked in. You could barely see what she looks like because of the dark black cloak she wore not to mention the long black gloves on her hands which held the most colorful thing in her whole outfit a bright emerald wand with and orb on the end. It glowed very dully but you could tell it had the potential to be gorgeous.
  "You failed again?" she asked
  "Yes, yes I'm sorry. She always gets away."
  "It's not me you need to say sorry to." she whispered. "It's everything... WE FIGHT FOR!!" she screamed. "Now I will help you because my master wants me to help get rid of that pesky princess." she turned around and grumbled. "She took everything from me. So anyways, give me your palm." The shadow extended his hand and the girl picked up her wand and placed it upon her forehead. The wand glowed a little more as it took something out of her. Once she took it off it was glowing a lot more. She then placed it upon the shadow's palm and he shook as whatever she took out of herself went straight into him. She then bent over and took it off his palm and quietly walked out slouching.
   "Ha, Ha, Ha," the shadow laughed. "Now I have the power."
