Directors Report:

Choir: Gail reports that the choir is not going on the trip to Ohio. There are 85 students in 3 choirs. If Barry allows it, some kids from Choir may go on the trip. Choir may do an overnight trip to DC or NY.

15 students are auditioning for all state chorus. 4 students are going to a choral fest at UD on Friday and Saturday this weekend.

Band:Barry reports that the trip prices have flipflopped. The kids price is $500 and chaperones is $550. The final itinerary  he handed out tonight, still may be changed.

128 band students plus rifle, and flags and maybe a couple of choir kids who are requesting to go ( If the choir kids go, they will have to do something to participate) and 25 chaperones  are the total so far. We will soon not need any more chaperones, in fact, we may have to cut off the number somewhere soon. Payment needs to be made Wednesday for 156 people for the trip.

Friday's Game, Barry will be out of town, and Ken may be unable to attend. James Moore will conduct the Star Spangled Banner.

The Jazz Band played tonight for the Honor Society Program.

Upcoming events include: Christmas Parades, Hospitality Night, and the concert.

The concert will be held on December 17th at 7 p.m. Choir and band will participate in this concert together. Band and choir members are to wear black and white for the concert.

Presidents Report:
Thanks to Julie Wilson for Senior Night. She organized even though she was a Senior parent. She did a great job as the night went smoothly. Thanks to Alan Bales for his great announcing for Senior Night. Thanks to Dan Cook for once again taking the pictures of the senior and families.

At the end of the game, the drum off between Dover and Cape was amazing.

It was surprising to see that our students had some tricks up their sleeves to perform. It was great that the football team, cheerleaders, and fans stayed to watch and cheer the drummers on.

The choir did well singing the National Anthem too.

The students in the stands were extremely well behaved Friday night. They responded nicely to Dover's performance.

Thanks to Ken, Anthony, Lisa, Peggy for the game on Friday night.
