Clothing: Previous years we have sold the clothing that we ordered in bulk. We are going to attempt to sell off this stock. We have headbands, sweatshirts, bears, hats. A motion was made to sell this clothing at a reduced price. The motion was seconded and voted on. All agreed to sell clothing at reduced rate. Ear warmers $6.00, T- shirts $6, Hoodies $20, seat cushions $1.00. Call or see Bob Wingo if interested in purchasing. Thanks go to Kim Warren for maintaining these sales of clothing for 1 1/2 years. She has done a great job. Joe Corbi: We need to come up with a new place to put pizzas when parents are picking them up. We had some product that was taken by someone while in the hallway by the music room. It was suggested that we use the bus barn from now on.<BR> New Business: Irish Eyes fundraiser is November 14th at Milton. In January we will start the Nicoboli fundraiser. Publicity: Diaz Bonville has put out a form to use when needing advertising. He has all the information on the form and you only need to contact him at [email protected] and he will send the form to you to fill out. He will take care of getting the information out to the public. Phone Tree: PJ Hopkins reports that the phone tree is working fine. Adjournemnt The meeting was adjourned at 7:47pm.
