Guardians Call Chant

Pinch of salt and water ring

Bring the Spirits as we sing.

To the Guardians we do Call

Help us with our bidding all.

Light of Moon, Winds fresh breath -

Stir within us Life, not Death.

In Saftey do we meet this night,

Keep away those that in Fright

Will Destroy our Peace and Serenity,

Whose Ignorance is our Enemy.

In perfect Peace and perfect Love

We come together like the dove.

With the Spirits answered Call

Bring us Power, one and al

As we Will it, so Mote It Be!

Mother/Father Chant

(This is a general prayer/chant to thank the Mother and Father.

I use his to remind myself that everything is connected and that Deity is in everything.)

I pray to you, O Mother,

Goddess of the Night

You share with us your insight

Your peace, wisdom and understanding.

You are Maiden, Mother and Crone.

You are I and I am you.

I pray to you, O Father

King of the Heavens.

You live and die to show us life

You light our paths and our souls.

\line You are the wild beast and the harvest.

You are I and I am you.

I pray to you, O Old ones.

Who have always been and will always be.

Raising Energy Chant

A real good chant to raise energy before the casting of a spell

or the perfomance of a ritual is to simply chant.

Repeat several times until sufficient energy has been raised.

I am the One,

I am the Power!

This is the Time,

This is the Hour!

Strength Chant

You can shift 'my' to 'our'.

I frequently use this when I am afraid or need strength.

I have also, on occasion, ommited the last part to have it

as a prayer chant to open circles, helps center everyone involved.

Up High, and Deep Inside,

That is where my powers lies.

In the Sky, and in my Heart,

That is where we'll never part.

God and Goddess, give me the strength to continue.
