Spicy Turkey Sausages
Yield: 6 Servings

1/2 cup finely minced cilantro
1/2 cup finely minced parsely
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste
1 pound lean ground turkey (your butcher can grind this for you)

Combine all ingrediants in a food processor, or mix together very well by hand.

Let the turkey mixture chill for several hours. Then form the mixture into patties.

In a nonstick skillet, cook the patties on each side for 3-4 minutes until the turkey is cooked through.
