Powdered Sugar Replacement
2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups cornstarch
1 cup granulated sugar replacement

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Whip until well blended and powdered.

Yield: 4 cups
Calories 1/4 cup: 81
Exchange 1/4 cup: 1 bread OR 1/2 nonfat milk, 1/2 bread
