Pears with Cinnamon Cream Dipping Sauce
4 oz. light cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar (or sub)
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup fat free half and half or fat free milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 (6 oz) pears, sliced

Combine cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl.
Using an electric mixer on low speed, beat until well blended.

Add half and half and vanilla and blend until smooth. Serve with pears.

Makes 3 servings

carb 27g, fiber 3g, protein 5g
