Mandarin Orange Chicken Bites
1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup Del Monte Mandarin Magic Peaches and Orange Segments, well drained
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 tablespoons Miracle Whip Light Dressing
48 Triscuit Crackers

Mix together chicken, fruit, almonds and dressing, cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or allow flavors to blend.
Top each cracker with 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture. Serve immediately.

Makes 16 servings, 3 topped crackers each

carbs 10.9g, dietary fiber 1.5g, protein 2.9g
Exchange per serving:1/2 starch, 1/2 protein, 1/2 fat
