Lemon Fruit Dip
2 cups (16 oz) reduced fat sour cream
1 package sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup fat free milk
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
assorted fresh fruit

In a bowl, whisk the sour cream, pudding mix, milk, lemon juice and peel until blended. Serve with fruit.

Makes 2 cups
Nutritional information per serving (1/3 cup): cal 127, fat 7g, chol 27mg, sodium 255mg, catrb 10g, fiber tract, protein 6g
