Hot Holiday Broccoli Dip
1 cup Miracle Whip Light dressing
1 cup Kraft Part Skim Mozzarrella Shredded cheese, divided
1/2 cup Kraft Light Parmesan
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
1 jar diced pimentos, drained

Mix together salad dressing, half of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, broccoli and pimentos.
Spread into 9" pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Continue baking 5 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
Serve with Stoned Wheat Thins crackers.

Makes 25 (2-tablespoon) servings
