French Tuna Salad
Romaine lettuce leaves
1 (10 oz.) package frozen French style green beans, thawed and drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onion
4 tablespoons fat free Italian salad dressing
2 (7 1/2 oz) cans water packed tuna, drained
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Line individual salad plates with romaine lettuce leaves.
Combine all remaining ingredients except the eggs and place on the lettuce leaves. Garnish with egg slices to serve.

Makes 6 servings
Nutritional information per serving (1 cup): cal 146, fat 4g,  chol 161mg, sodium 368mg
Carb 5g, fiber 2g, sugars 3g, protein 21g
Exchanges per serving: 1/2 starch, 3 very lean meat
