Dried Apple Snack
1 apple

Peel, core and slice apple very thinly,
Place on cookie rack.
Bake at 200 degrees F. for 1 hour (soft and chewy); 1 1/2 hours (very chewy),
or 2 hours (crisp).

Yield: 1 serving
Calories: 20
