Chocolate Drizzle
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
dash of salt
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/2 teaspoon butter

Blend cornstarch and cold water and pour into small saucepan. Add salt and chocolate.
Cook on low heat until chocolate melts and mixture is thick; remove from heat.
Stir in sugar replacement and blend in butter. Use over cake or ice cream (diabetic of course).

Yield: 1/3 cup
