Chicken Chef's Salad
4 cups mixed salad greens
1/4 cup carrot, sliced
1 cup tomato, cut in wedges
1/4 cup red bell peppers, sliced
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
4 oz. chicken breast, cooked and sliced
4.oz.swiss cheese, cut in strips
2 eggs, hard boiled & sliced

Layer the veggies and other ingrediants in about the order described. Apply dressing and eat.

Yield: 2 Servings
