Cherry Jam
1 1/2 cup canned unsweetened cherries--drained
3/4 cup cherry juice
3 teaspoon gelatin
1 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring
3/4 teaspoon almond flavoring
1 1/2 teaspoon cherry flavoring
sweetener equal to 1/2 cup sugar

Blend cherries to smooth and place in saucepan. Add juice, gelatin and simmer to dissolve gelatin. Remove from heat and add coloring and flavorings. Cool 20 minutes and add sweetener. Store in refrigerator and use within short time.

Approximate Exchange 1 teaspoon: trace fruit
